Topic: Pictograms


Task 1: 10 Pictograms from internet

So how do we do it? 


Step 1: Get a pictogram from Google Image

Step 2: Trace the outline with Shape Tools or Pen Tool if
faced with complex places.

Step 3: Merge the separated borders into one to their
corresponding places with Shape Builder Tool

Step 4: Fuse all borders like so with the Shape Builder Tool

Step 5: Fill in the blanks with the respective colours taken from the
original picture

Step 6: Finished Product.

Vector art traced:

Step 1: Get a vector art. This art is made by Ann-Sophie De Steur
Step 2: Set it to Template and trace the outlines with Shape Tool
and Pen Tool

Step 3: Merge with the use of the Shape Builder Tool to their corresponding
colours

Step 4: Fill in the respective colours 

Step 5: Finished work
